Program Details
At Lemon Breeze Hostel, our volunteer program is designed to give travelers the opportunity to experience local life, meet people from around the world, and gain practical experience in a friendly hostel environment.
Volunteers become part of our team and help with the daily operation of the hostel. In exchange for their contribution, volunteers receive the benefits agreed upon in their Worldpackers position.
Before starting, we explain the tasks, schedule, house rules, and responsibilities clearly. Volunteers work according to an agreed weekly schedule and have free time to explore the destination, relax, and enjoy their stay.
We value teamwork, respect, responsibility, communication, and a positive attitude. We want volunteers to feel welcomed and included while also understanding that they are an important part of keeping the hostel running smoothly.
