Program Details
Life here is centred around a simple idea: everyone brings something to the community, and everyone has the opportunity to take something meaningful from the experience.
Most mornings start at around 8:30. Depending on what is needed, you might spend your time in the organic garden, looking after the animals, working on audiovisual content, helping with books and creative projects, or contributing to the everyday needs of the community. The work varies, but the aim is always the same: to participate in something that we are building and maintaining together.
Learning is also an important part of life here. Those following one of our study programmes can attend classes and practical sessions in psycho-neuro-immunology (PNI), psychology, neuroscience, Tai Chi Chuan and martial arts. These practices are approached not only as subjects to study, but as tools for developing awareness, concentration, balance and resilience.
There is also room for creativity and spontaneity. Music sometimes becomes part of the day, whether through an organised activity or simply because somebody feels like playing. Participation is always optional.
Evenings tend to be more relaxed. We share dinner together, and afterwards there may be conversations, games, music or simply time to yourself. Weekends are free, giving you the opportunity to rest, explore the area or dedicate time to your own interests. Food and accommodation are included throughout your stay.
Activities & Shift
There are different ways to become involved.
Our regular volunteer programme involves around 25 hours of contribution per week and leaves plenty of time for your own activities. The minimum stay is 15 days.
For people looking for something more intensive, we also offer a deeper immersion programme of approximately 40 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of three months. This pathway is intended for those who want to become much more involved in the learning process and community life.
Those interested in eventually teaching can also follow our one-year PNI teacher certification programme.
Over time, people who demonstrate commitment and are willing to take greater responsibility may have the opportunity to become part of the core team and participate more deeply in the project's long-term development and advantages.
We are not particularly interested in your age, academic background or collection of qualifications. What matters much more is why you are here: curiosity, sincerity, motivation, reliability and a genuine willingness to participate.
If what you are looking for is not simply somewhere to volunteer, but a place where you can contribute, learn new things, challenge yourself and share everyday life with others, this community may be exactly the experience you are looking for.
Rules
🌿 We like to keep our community a healthy, clear-minded and peaceful space. For this reason, smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs are not part of life here. Our shared meals are vegetarian, prepared with care and meant to be enjoyed together. We simply ask everyone who joins us to respect these little agreements and help us preserve the positive atmosphere we share. 💚
