We are a cozy villa and restaurant located near one of the main beaches on Sri Lanka’s beautiful south coast. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and positive people who enjoy meeting new people and would love to join our team.
32 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Volunteer duties include:
_ Welcoming and assisting guests
_ Bartending
_ Helping in the kitchen and with food preparation
_ Working as a waiter/waitress
_ Promoting our restaurant by distributing flyers and connecting with the traveler community
_ Welcoming guests at the restaurant entrance, inviting them inside, and introducing them to our food, drinks, and services
We are especially looking for someone who is always smiling, approachable, energetic, and confident when talking to people. Being friendly and proactive is one of the most important parts of this role 😊😇
