Our volunteer program runs from April to October, and brings together guest hospitality, outdoor property care, shuttle driving, and kitchen collaboration.
This experience is ideal for independent, responsible volunteers who hold a valid driver's license, feel comfortable operating manual vehicles, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for visitors.
In exchange for your valuable support, we provide comfortable accommodation, shared meals, and plenty of free time to explore Marsala’s famous salt pans, historic vineyards, and Mediterranean beaches!
Daily tasks are varied and organized according to schedules, weather, and property needs.
Driving our van and small car (manual gear required) to assist guests with local transfers and local outings. 🚐

Cleaning and maintaining the pool and Jacuzzi, watering plants, and keeping outdoor shared spaces in excellent condition.
