Program Details

As a volunteer at Nomada Wellness, you’ll be part of our small and friendly team, helping mainly with guest experience and the daily atmosphere of the hotel and yoga studio.

Your main tasks include welcoming guests, helping with check-ins, answering questions, keeping the front desk organized, and making sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. You’ll also work together with our housekeeping team, helping organize and inspect rooms to make sure everything is ready before check-in.

At the yoga studio, you’ll help keep the space clean and organized, prepare the studio for classes, receive payments from yoga clients, and help with any questions they may have.

The atmosphere at Nómada is very chill and relaxed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with a team, keeping things organized, and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

For your stay, you’ll have access to a centrally located apartment that is shared with up to four other female volunteers. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, share experiences, and become part of the Nomada community while enjoying everything Sayulita has to offer.s. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi, so you’ll have everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay

Activities & Shift

Our volunteer shifts are usually divided into morning and afternoon shifts, giving you plenty of free time to enjoy Sayulita, go to the beach, practice yoga, explore, or simply relax.

A typical shift can include checking the hotel and yoga studio, helping with guest check-ins and questions, coordinating with housekeeping, making sure rooms are ready for arriving guests, organizing the front desk, and preparing and cleaning the yoga studio before or after classes.

The schedule can vary depending on hotel occupancy and yoga classes, so flexibility and good communication with the team are important. We keep the work environment relaxed and chill, while making sure the important daily tasks are taken care of.
