Activities & Shift
This job is unique and requires reliability, an eagerness to learn the pollination method, meticulous attention to detail, is time sensitive (flowers begin to close after 10am!), so speed is imperative. There is usually a 2 week period of prolific flowering (especially after rain) so during this time it can be quite hectic.
You will have full days off on rainy days or when there are fewer flowers.
At the end of each session, the total count of flowers pollinated is recorded - on average between 500 and 1,200 per day per person.

Under no circumstances will drugs and alcohol be permitted on property.
Would prefer non-smokers.
No mobile phone usage during pollinating hours.
Must be respectful, considerate and, above all, very flexible and negotiable.
