Melo Social Hostel Capurgana, a car-free town on the Colombian Caribbean coast that is only reachable by boat. We live between jungle and sea, and the hostel needs hands to keep it beautiful: gardens, a swimming pool and minor repairs. We are looking for someone practical and resourceful who enjoys working outdoors. You work 4 hours in the morning, the afternoon is yours, and at night you share 1 hour with guests in karaoke, a bonfire, and games.
Activities: watering and pruning gardens, cleaning of green areas, basic pool maintenance (we'll teach you), minor repairs and support in event setup.
Shifts: 4 hours in the morning, 6 days a week, 1 day off. Each night of work, 1 hour of social activities with guests. Total: 30 hours per week
Stay of 2 weeks to 1 month (first week of trial). Adults 18+ only. No alcohol on shift. Punctuality and good conduct always. Responsible use of tools.
