Yoga & wellness practitioners at a jungle sanctuary in Osa
The experience
For people with real experience in yoga or bodywork (massage, sound bowls, physio, breathwork or similar). Lead morning sessions on our two ocean-view yoga decks for guests and team, offer your practice to visitors, and help shape the wellness side of Sukia Kin: an off-grid sanctuary on 50,000 m² of rainforest with waterfalls, rivers and a jungle gym. Some hosting on the side. Experience required — tell us what you practice and for how long.

Program Details
You stay in the volunteer house inside the property: three rooms, max two people per room (bunk beds), electricity, water, good wifi and an equipped kitchen to cook your own meals. You'll have two ocean-view yoga decks, a jungle gym, rivers and waterfalls to work with. We're a small young team: we run salsa/bachata classes, do martial arts sessions now and then, and we'd love your practice to become part of the daily rhythm of the place — for guests, for the team, and for you.
Activities & Shift
Around 25 hours a week, 2 days off. A typical day: an early morning session on the deck (yoga, breathwork, movement) for guests and team, then either a second session, one-on-one bodywork for visitors who ask for it, or a few hours of hosting with the team (welcoming guests, keeping common areas ready). We'll plan the weekly schedule together according to what you practice. Afternoons are usually yours.
Rules
No drugs — non-negotiable. Respect the forest: we live inside 50,000 m² of rainforest, so no littering, careful with fire, water and power (we're off-grid on solar and our own spring). Keep shared spaces clean and sort your trash — we separate and carry everything out ourselves. Respect for guests, the team and the neighbors is the base of everything here. We're a young team, we like to go out now and then and we even teach dance classes, so bring good energy — just show up on time and clear-headed for your sessions.
