Rules
🏡 House rules — Sumercé Viajero
We want this to be a space where travelers from different countries can feel at home, share and learn together. To make the experience pleasant and safe for everyone, we ask you to respect these rules:
🤝 1. Respect above all
We treat all people with respect, regardless of nationality, culture, language, age or beliefs.
🏡 2. Take care of the house as if it were yours
We are restoring an old house, so each space requires special care. Do not damage walls, furniture, doors, windows, facilities or elements of the house.
🔨 3. Safety first
Tools and building materials should be used only according to the instructions and the experience level of each person.
No volunteer should perform work for which they are not trained.
It is not allowed to use power tools or perform electrical, plumbing, height or construction work without authorization and supervision.
🦺 4. Use protective equipment
When the task requires, it is mandatory to use the appropriate protective equipment.
⏰ 5. Meet the agreed schedules
We respect the schedules set for volunteer activities. If you need to change your schedule, let us know in advance.
🧹 6. Keep spaces clean
After work, each volunteer must clean and properly store the tools and materials used.
Especially after painting, sanding, repair or construction work.
🛠️ 7. Do not make modifications on your own
Holes in walls, painting, moving installations, removing elements, performing repairs or modifying spaces cannot be done without prior consultation.
