We are small grassroots in Mbalala village and we need help telling our story! This position is perfect for creative travelers who also love nature and village life.
20 hours of help per week
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
3 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

What you will do (3-4 hrs/day, flexible):
- Take nice photos/videos of school life, football games, cooking, village market (with permission)
- Help us post 2-3 times/week on Facebook/TikTok and write short stories
- Help in our small compound garden — plant vegetables, water, learn Ugandan farming
- Help keep compound clean, paint classrooms, decorate learning space
You will work with Helen & Eve — no pressure, creative freedom.
Stay: Same as other positions — private room in safe Faith Memorial / Elim Church compound, 3 meals, WiFi, support.
Requirements: Smartphone with camera, basic English, love for village life. No farming experience needed.
This is relaxed position — great if you want to teach English in morning and do content/garden in afternoon too — you can combine positions!
Weekends free for trips.
