Clean the hotel in a team, responsibilities include changing beds, laundry, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. It is mainly a help exchange program where you help keep the hotel clean and comfortable for guests, and we provide you free accommodation in return. Various roles available for good cleaners, hosts and handyman. We prefer long term helpers who can stay with us at least 30 days
Every morning every team member reset rooms together, laundry and clean common area, we aim to start early finish early together before 12noon. After morning duties are completed, the volunteers has the option to decide if they want to stay in the hostel for various hosting activities, such as covering receptions, serving meals, assist guest in transport, luggage storage, tour guiding/booking, handywork, entertainment etc. to improve your stay experience with guests. These are optional activities some with potential to earn some not but its a separate discussion you can have with the property privately. Here we focus on the help exchange aspect only which is the morning clean together and get free accommodation :)
