Program Details
Volunteers join The Place Hostels Phnom Penh for a minimum of 4 weeks to work on creative and community projects. The first days are for discovering the hostel, meeting the team and guests, and proposing ideas. We then agree together on a plan and your first project. Every Monday, you have a short check-in with the manager to review progress and needs. Volunteers never replace our paid Khmer staff: no reception, cleaning or bar work.
