We open the doors of our estate to travelers who love nature and want to experience up close agricultural traditions and rediscover the tranquility of the countryside.
The program focuses on seasonal activities of great value and beauty. During the autumn months we devote ourselves to setting up the nets and the manual harvest of olives. At the same time, we take care of the delicate flowering phase, the collection of the pistils and the drying of saffron. In addition to the tasks related to the land, we share the daily attentions reserved for our horse and the care of the common spaces in the house.
It is the ideal opportunity for those seeking regeneration, contact with the earth, and the satisfaction of learning ancient agricultural practices in one of the island's most fascinating coastal areas.
The activities run from Monday to Friday with organized schedules starting early in the morning, leaving the weekend free to explore the Sardinian coast:
Olive harvesting: Placing nets under the plants, picking the fruits 🫒 and filling the crates destined for the production of organic oil.
Saffron care: Morning collection of the flowers 🪻, manual extraction of the red stigmas and preparation for proper drying and preservation.
Horse care: Providing food, fresh water and daily cleaning of the stall or enclosure of our horse 🐴.
Household maintenance: Shared collaboration in the daily tidying and simple cleaning of the communal spaces of the home.
