What we expect from our worldpacker:
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our family life, not just stay. We expect them to enjoy being with children, to have patience, play, energy and responsibility. To contribute to the daily routine: order, cleaning, gardening, cooking, taking or picking up the children at school, helping them with homework, playing with them and doing crafts. Also that they share their language and culture with our children, and that they get involved in meals, conversations and everyday moments. We value initiative, good communication, respect for the spaces and schedules of the house, punctuality and adaptability. It is not a full-time nanny position nor a domestic worker: it is a real exchange where everyone collaborates. Basic or intermediate Spanish desirable; if you don't speak it, we help you. Non-smoker. Minimum age: 20/30 years.
What you can expect from us:
You can expect a warm family environment, Argentine, living in Valencia, Spain. We offer private accommodation and breakfast. We teach you Spanish and Argentine culture: mate, asado, empanadas, customs and typical foods. We include you in outings, conversations and family moments. You will have clear, flexible schedules and days off to get to know the area. There will be good communication, support and respect for your culture, your language and your times. You are not an employee: you are part of the exchange and of the family for a time. We aim that both of us learn and enjoy the experience.
