What you offer
5 hours of help per day
Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.

Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:

Program Details
1. Accommodation
Shared volunteer dorm equipped with comfortable bunk beds, air conditioning (AC), personal reading lights, electrical outlets, and secure lockers for your belongings.
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (to ensure everyone gets quality rest after long days of island adventures and lively shifts).
We ask everyone to keep the dorm clean, tidy, and respectful, maintaining a comfortable and welcoming home for the whole crew.
2. Meals & Drinks
2 meals & Drinks per day: Wholesome, home-style Vietnamese family meals cooked fresh and shared with our team.
Discounted 15% drinks at our Rooftop Bar and Ground Floor Café (depending on shift and season).
Crew discounts 15% on food and beverage menus across The One Hostel.
Meals are our shared moments — time to slow down, eat together, trade stories, and connect as family.
3. Spaces You Can Use & Enjoy
As a volunteer, you are an essential part of our house and welcome to enjoy all common spaces:
Rooftop Bar & Sunset Lounge: The ultimate spot to catch Cát Bà’s golden sunsets, listen to music, have a drink, and socialize with travelers.
Ground floor café & communal dining lounge: A cozy gathering area for games, hanging out, or enjoying a good cup of coffee or tea.
Co-working & chill corners: Reliable Wi-Fi spaces to read, work remotely, sketch, or just unwind.
Rooftop wellness & stretch corner: Open space for yoga, workouts, or quiet morning moments.
4. Volunteer Perks & Experiences

Rules
Working Hours:
~5 hours per day – 5 days per week
~Please request a day off at least 24 hours in advance
~Be on time and responsible for your assigned shifts
~We value balance — work with presence, rest with intention.
~General Guidelines
~Follow your assigned role and complete the daily task checklist
~Support daily activities based on your role and the needs of the camp
~Maintain respectful behavior toward guests, staff, volunteers, and the surrounding nature
~Keep all shared spaces clean, calm, and harmonious
~Quiet hours: respect rest time for others
~No outside guests allowed in volunteer accommodation
~Use electricity and water mindfully (lights, fans, AC)
~Respect local culture, personal space, and the The One community
~Communicate openly and collaborate with the team
~Represent The One with kindness, openness, and responsibility
