The experience
We are preparing a new unit of our hostel in São Paulo and we are looking for hands-on, organized and proactive people to help with the setup and preparation of the space. An ideal experience for those who like to learn new things, roll up their sleeves, and participate in creating a hostel from the very beginning! 🔨✨
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen:

Requirements
Intermediate Portuguese or Intermediate English
Between 22 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
25 hours per week (5 days)
Activities & Shift
Organization and cleaning of the spaces;
General cleaning during hostel setup;
Assembling and organizing beds, bunk beds and wardrobes;
Small repairs and maintenance;
Painting and touch-ups;
Organization of furniture and spaces;
Support in the preparation of the rooms and common areas;
Identification of small problems and help with space maintenance;
Other simple tasks related to the preparation and operation of the hostel.
Rules
Hello, nomad! To ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for everyone, we ask for your attention to the following rules:
1. Check-in
1.1. Check-in starts at 13:00 on your arrival day.
1.2. Early check-in: subject to availability for R$ 40.
1.3. You can leave your luggage at the hostel before the start of the stay for R$ 10.
1.4. At the reception, you must present an official document (ID or passport).
1.5. You will receive the keys for entry and the locker.
1.6. In case of emergencies, contact the number below:

1.7. Wi-Fi is free. The password will be provided at check-in.
1.8. The reception operates daily from 7:00 to 22:00.
2. Check-out
2.1. Check-out must be done by 11:00 on the last day.
2.2. After check-out, your luggage can be stored until 22:00 in the storage, for R$ 10.
2.3. Late check-out (until 17:00) can be requested, depending on availability, for R$ 50.
3. Shared Rooms
3.1. Respect silence between 23:00 and 07:00. During this time, use headphones for electronic devices.
3.2. After 22:00, keep the main room light off.
3.3. Keep your valuables in the lockable locker and keep the space organized. The hostel is not responsible for personal items.
3.4. Only water is allowed in the rooms. Food and other drinks must be kept in the kitchen.
3.5. It is not allowed to roam in rooms that are not yours.
3.6. Visits are allowed only in common areas. If visitors are identified in the rooms, a fee of R$ 500 will be charged.
3.7. Only one person per bed is allowed in dormitories.
3.8. Moving beds is only allowed with reception authorization and if there is a special need.
