Learn mixology at a hostel in the heart of Salento
The experience
Want to learn mixology? No experience needed: we’ll teach you from scratch. You’ll make cocktails, serve guests, and keep the bar in order. Some days you’ll also lead activities such as bolirrana, tejo, or chocolate with cheese. The bar opens from 6pm to 11pm, so you’ll have the day free to explore Cocora and the Eje Cafetero. We’re looking for someone sociable, responsible, and eager to learn and to help create a great atmosphere for our travelers.

Program Details
As a volunteer bartender, you will run the bar at our hostel. It is a small hostel, so shifts are usually very quiet. We train you in the basics of mixology, customer service and bar management, so you don’t need prior experience.
In addition to the bar, on some days you will support or lead the hostel activities, such as bolirrana, tejo, hot chocolate with cheese, and jacuzzi nights, helping guests get to know each other and experience the Eje Cafetero.
In return we offer accommodation in a shared, private, or camping room, breakfast, free hostel activities and discounts on tours, experiences, drinks and accommodation.
