Program Details

The efficiency of this program will be in operation in Blanca until December; after that the town will receive many visitors and we must achieve fluent, respectful, and responsible communication. The ways of working will be recorded by shift changes, which means the peace of mind for everyone should be to not leave tasks pending for other shifts.

Activities & Shift

Shifts will be 4 to 6 hours. Here, the local people are very relaxed, so there isn’t a strict morning schedule, which will allow you to have a rested and enjoyable breakfast. You can do sports in the morning and we meet at the foothills of the Villarrica volcano where we have many trails and places to explore; in the afternoon the idea is to know which products were left pending from yesterday to carry them out for breakfasts and then subsequently offer the menu to the clients and check who will be there since many will go to explore the tourist areas. If we had a check-out, prepare the laundry for those rooms and leave them clean for the next passenger. We are pet-friendly, so we will see many little animals; it is not our responsibility to clean up after them but to ensure they meet the requirements when entering with their pets. For relaxation services you will have a 40% discount on them, such as a sauna or hot tub. The idea is to always have activities for the afternoon and evening for sunset… have a drink we would like to learn with the clients and thus interact with them, put live music, and form group games. Those on shift will have to worry if any of these services are reserved to prepare in this schedule and have mise en place ready. After the schedule, each person must clearly let everyone know which door remains open and what things are pending on their respective board.

Rules

Do not disrespect colleagues. Communicate grievances to the management to avoid miscommunications. Do not shout or slam doors in the premises. We will set music schedules, ideally with headphones, and at a certain time it is allowed throughout the premises in a respectful manner, since we live in the forest. Arrival times are not limited but should be done cautiously.
