The experience
Join us at Casa Mia, our Italian restaurant on Long Set Beach, Koh Rong, one of the island’s most beautiful spots, right next to the famous Nest Festival! We’re an Italian-French couple with a friendly Khmer team of four, looking for positive, polite, and outgoing volunteers during high season. Your accommodation is just a 10–15 minute walk away along a beautiful shaded beach path. ✨
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cooking:
Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
What you get
2 days off per week
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Intermediate English
Between 18 and 40 years old

Program Details
We are looking for help in both the kitchen and service, depending on your skills and experience. No professional experience is required, we are happy to teach and train motivated people who are willing to learn and be part of our team.
Activities & Shift
The daily activities and schedule will be adapted to each volunteer’s skills, experience and interests. We create a personalised program for each person, with a mix of kitchen and service tasks. We are happy to teach and help you develop new skills during your stay.
