We're looking for a fun, creative, and outgoing Content Creator to join our team in Ao Nang.
Your role is to capture the backpacker experience across K-Bunk Hostel and our partner property Sea Beach Hostel. You'll create engaging content that showcases our social atmosphere, events, tours, and hostel life while interacting with guests from around the world.

32 hours of help per week
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
1 day off per week
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

You'll work 6 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day.
A typical week may include:
- 1–2 Island Tours (alternating between Hong Island and 7 Islands Tour, subject to availability)
- 1 Kayaking Tour
- Evening events such as Foam Party, Pub Crawl, Music Bingo or Cooking Class
If island tours don't operate (particularly during low season), your schedule will usually be:
- 3:00–5:00 PM: Hostel content creation
- 9:00–11:00 PM: Night event coverage

Sea Beach Hostel:
Daily Instagram and TikTok content showcasing the hostel, atmosphere, facilities, guests, and beach lifestyle.
- Create engaging vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Film funny, relatable and trending videos with guests.
- Showcase hostel facilities, rooms, food, drinks, tours and events.
- Capture lifestyle and promotional photography for both hostels.
- Work closely with our hostel teams to plan and create new content ideas.
- Upload all raw photos and videos to our shared Google Drive folders.
- Drive folders must be kept organised and best content uploaded only.
- Collaborate with staff to create entertaining and trend-based videos throughout the week.
- Ensure all content is high quality, well-lit, filmed in portrait format and suitable for social media.
