Our VIG (Very Important Guest) Volunteer Program is designed to give energetic travelers an unforgettable experience at the heart of our hostel community! As part of the team, you’ll work alongside our full-time Guest Experience staff to bring the energy, social atmosphere, and high-impact guest interactions to life.

VIG volunteers are held to the standard house rules and guest expectations (provided at check-in).
Strictly no smoking inside rooms, no unregistered outside guests in guest rooms, no bed swapping, and no key/bed sharing.

Support Role Only: VIG activities strictly support social engagement alongside our permanent staff.
No Administrative/Financial Work: In strict compliance with local visa regulations, volunteers do NOT handle cash, operate POS/bar registers, access back-office supplies, or handle formal front-office administrative duties.
