Come live by the sea and help us tell our story! We’re looking for a creative person to join our co-living space in Saranda and help with photography, video, Reels, TikToks and social media. Around 15–20 hours/week, with a flexible schedule. In exchange: free accommodation, coworking space, plenty of time to explore Albania, and the chance to build your creative portfolio.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

We want this to feel like a genuine exchange, not a traditional job. We’ll agree on priorities together, give you creative freedom and be open to your ideas. In return, we expect you to be reliable, communicative and respectful of the space and guests. You should expect a relaxed environment, flexibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your work while still having plenty of time to enjoy the city, and travel around Albania.
There are no fixed shifts. The idea is to genuinely experience life at our place: live here, use the space, meet guests, explore Saranda, discover local places and become part of the community.
As you experience it, we’d love you to naturally capture what you see and feel through photos, videos, Reels or Stories and share your perspective with us. We’ll have a few things we’d like to create, but there’s a lot of creative freedom.
Around 3–4 hours a day on average, with a flexible schedule. The rest of your time is yours to enjoy Albania.
We mainly ask that you treat our place, our guests and the space with respect. Keep shared areas clean, communicate openly, and be considerate of other people living here. Other than that, we’re pretty relaxed and want you to feel at home.
