Program Details

Welcome to our regenerative farming project in Tzununá, Guatemala! 🌱

Our mission is to demonstrate how permaculture design, regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, and community collaboration can transform landscapes and improve livelihoods.

Here, permaculture is more than something we teach — it is something we practice every day.

We offer a hands-on, live-in learning experience where you can actively participate in the daily activities of a working farm while developing practical knowledge about sustainable agriculture.

Our projects involve different aspects of regenerative living, including:

• Organic food production and regenerative agriculture.
• Agroforestry and ecological restoration.
• Soil regeneration and composting.
• Water harvesting systems.
• Natural building techniques.
• Responsible animal care and farming systems.
• Ecological wastewater management.

This is not simply a demonstration farm. We grow food that supplies a real restaurant, giving volunteers the opportunity to understand how regenerative agricultural practices connect directly with food production.

During your stay, you will help with farm activities in the mornings and have opportunities to learn in the afternoons through workshops and practical experiences.

You will also have the chance to connect with local people, experience community life, and participate in a project built around cooperation and respect.

We hope you leave not only with new knowledge and practical skills, but also with meaningful connections and the satisfaction of contributing to work that will continue benefiting the community long after your stay. 🌎
