We need a social media volunteer who captures content of the events we host daily, like pub crawls, barbecues, day trips and trivia.
We are looking for someone that can be IN the action, create content, film reels, edit and snap photos to show the world what our hostel is about.

We have three hostels in Tirana, plus Trip'N Seaside on the beach in Himara.
Each property has its own social media profiles where we will be posting content, and we will have have an overall Instagram profile (Trip'N Albania) which will reposts content from the other accounts, as well as a Tiktok account.
You will be in charge of posting stories, reels and photo dumps according to the scheduled events and go through ideas with the social media and marketing team.
We're looking for 30 overall hours per week. Time will be split between filming, and editing, both attending events and editing them together into posts and reels.
We'll typically start the week by making a content plan of projects we want done and posted that week, but the actual working hours can be done flexibly around your schedule.
This is purely a social media position so we want you to spend your working time on attending and capturing the events as well as content production.
Requirements for this position:
ATTEND THE EVENTS - you need to be comfortable with attending all social events, including later ones with big crowds like pub crawls.
HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT - You'll need to bring your own equipment to this job. Whether that's your own phone, a camera, or a laptop to edit videos. Whatever you need you'll have to bring with you.
FLUENT IN ENGLISH - due to the nature of this job, you need to be able to understand English at a high level.
