My experience here was very different from what was described. The work felt more like constant service than a balanced volunteer exchange, with long hours and very little time to rest. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and confusing, and the Center practices were unusual compared to other places I have experienced. The location is isolated and transportation is limited. When I decided to leave, I missed my train and lost about 60 euros. For these reasons, I personally would not recommend this project and suggest future volunteers ask very clear questions before arriving.

Dhara is a wonderful woman with a strong character and great strength. The place is beautiful, nestled in the Tuscan countryside. I stayed only a short time because the experiences are so unique, and I decided to leave before the scheduled dates. They were very understanding, and I had the opportunity to participate with other volunteers in a Kundalini the Center led by her, which was beautiful. So thank you for welcoming me into your home, for the exchange, and for everything💜

This place is perfect for a nature retreat and a much-needed phone detox. The work was sometimes strenuous but was always varied and well-balanced.

I had a great time here and really enjoyed working at the Center! I met really nice volunteers and the host was very welcoming as well. The work can sometimes be very hard but it's still manageable and with the right company it can be really fun! A special thanks to Dhara for spending time with us and being such a hard working and strong women. I'll really miss the place and can only recommend it to everyone!

It's been a truly wonderful two weeks at the Center. I'm grateful for meeting the hosts and volunteers, and for the peaceful environment that helped me grow and learn so much. It wasn't easy at first—unstable internet, double shifts, and wood tasks—but I managed over time. My bond with everyone grew stronger, and I'm especially thankful to Dhara for her respect and care. I never felt discriminated against, only warmly supported. It's been a joyful and meaningful experience.

I had a great experience with Dhara and Samarona, I felt so welcome by them, I also meet volunteers from a lot of places, they where also amazing people, we worked at the olive field, fixing the road, cooking, cleaning and even I tried the Center, this place is perfect for phone detox and connecting with nature. I am not vegetarian but I had no problem with the food. Thanks for all!

I felt very I felt very comfortable, AnIt's a very cheerful atmosphere, very collaborative, they're very warm The only drawback is that the bicycles available are not of much help, they have many faults and it is complicated to move to other places. Had a wonderful experience at the Center, Dahra and Samarona. The work hours are respected and the work itself isn't very physically demanding. But there's plenty to learn from the place, maybe not from the work itself but Dhara and Samarona has a lot of very interesting stories to tell, thank you both of you for that! the Center in general it's a beautiful place and there are bikes at disposal so you can easily ride to the sea and grab a nice gelato! Thank you Dhara and Samarona for welcoming me!!
