Volunteer Wanted: Build the Digital Home for a animals Ranch in Bilje - Croatia
Habitat has been caring for animals in Croatia for 16 years. Every day we fight for them: finding homes, paying for medical treatment, and giving them a safe place to live. All of our resources come from our dog hotel, and that income is what keeps everything going.
Why we need your help-
In recent years many new dog hotels have opened, and our number of guests has dropped. This is despite the fact that we don't have a single bad review and only 5 ⭐️
On top of that, we've been targeted by hacker attacks that have hurt our online presence and sent customers to other hotels. Fewer guests means fewer resources for the animals who depend on us.
What we need:
A professional, high-quality website
A mobile app
Someone to manage and optimize our Google Ads
Better promotion and visibility online
Who we're looking for:
This is not a role for beginners. We need seasoned professionals with proven, hands-on experience in web development, app development, Google Ads and online marketing. If you have solid work behind you and want to use your skills for a meaningful cause, we would love to hear from you.
Your role at Habitat is focused entirely on your professional skills. You won't be asked to take on animal care duties. Your activities will include:
Building a modern, professional website
Setting up, managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns
Shifts: There are no fixed shifts. Together we agree on your tasks, goals and a schedule that suits you, and you simply complete the agreed work during your time with us. The rest of the time is yours to relax, meet the dogs if you'd like to, and enjoy the peaceful ranch and the beautiful Croatian countryside.
Our one request: please complete what we agree on together within the time you are here. 🐾
keep Habitat a pleasant and safe place for everyone, we ask all volunteers to follow these rules:
Be tidy and clean. Keep yourself, your room and the shared spaces neat.
Respect our agreement and the house rules. What we agree on together is what we all stick to.
No problems with alcohol or drugs. We expect all volunteers to be free of any issues with alcohol or drugs while staying with us.
Respect the other people in the house. We live and work together, so kindness and consideration go a long way.
Finish the work. Complete the tasks we agree on during your stay.
Thank you for helping us keep Habitat a warm and welcoming home. 🐾
