A nice clean hostel run by great people that are really connected with the town and locals. The work wasn't demanding, and was well organized, and was flexible with me leaving early. the hostelis a beautiful little town, the only warnings are occasional black outs, and it's all on a big hill so you'll be doing some mini hikes everyday lol.

I had a good experience in Rafiki, Ana the manager was super friendly, kind and supportive all the time. The hostle is very clean and cozy. The job is also pretty chill. I recommend. this Hostel and the experience.

Volunteering atthe the hostel was a memorable experience. I met wonderful people from different countries, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and had plenty of opportunities to explore and learn about Moroccan culture. The team was welcoming, and overall I left with great memories and new friendships.

The volunteering started nice, but ended very disappointing. I will get in contact with Worldpackers about why I can’t recommend this place for future volunteers.

The experience at the hostel has been very beautiful. It is a perfect place to immerse yourself in local culture and meet people from all over the world. The work takes place largely at the reception and you are often asked to lend a hand during events.

My girlfriend and I were volunteers together at beidas Hostel. Our work mainly consisted of typical reception duties. At first we had a lot of fun, however the communication over time became more difficult and there were several managers, so the chain of communication was not clearly defined and it was often impossible for us to please everyone, as different sides issued different demands. The atmosphere was cozy and quickly felt like a home, but the miscommunication and other problems weighed more heavily in the end.
