Program Details
Mi Casa is a new coliving in La Punta, Puerto Escondido, and we're just getting started! We're building a community inspired by all the amazing colivings and communities we've experienced around the world, and we'd love your help bringing that vision to life.
We're looking for someone who works remotely, enjoys meeting people, and understands that the best coliving experiences are about more than just sharing a house.
What you'll help us with:
Building the community: Welcome new guests, introduce people to each other, and help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Creating coliving vibes: Help us bring people together through casual hangouts, shared meals, and activities. You'll also join the events we organize, such as Mexican cooking workshops and other cultural experiences.
Capturing everyday moments: Help us take photos and videos of the house, our spaces, activities, and community moments that we can share on Mi Casa's social media. Nothing too formal, we want to show the authentic experience of living here.
Sharing your ideas and feedback: Since we're just starting out, your perspective is valuable! Tell us what you think is working, what could be better, and how we can create an even better experience for our guests.
Who would be a great fit?
You work remotely and have your own work routine.
You enjoy meeting people and being part of a community, but you also appreciate quiet days and personal space.
You're proactive, friendly, and comfortable taking initiative.
You speak at least some Spanish and are happy to practice and improve.
You've ideally lived in a coliving before or experienced the digital nomad lifestyle.
Activities & Shift
You'll help welcome new guests, organize casual community activities, join events like Mexican cooking workshops, capture photos of the house and community, and share ideas to improve the guest experience.
15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule agreed together. You'll have plenty of time for your own remote work. No housekeeping or reservation management required!

Treat everyone with kindness and respect. No gossip, bullying, discrimination, or speaking negatively about other team members or guests.
