2. JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure cleanliness, organization, conservation and hygiene of all areas of Hostel Star Brazil, including private rooms at guest check-out, bathrooms, shared kitchen, equipment (refrigerators, stove, microwave), internal and external common areas, providing a welcoming, comfortable and safe experience for guests — aligned with the motto "Where You Arrive as Guest and Leave as Friend".
3. MAIN DUTIES
🛏️ Private Rooms (check-out)
Perform complete cleaning after guest check-out
Change bed linens and towels
Make beds and organize furniture
Clean surfaces, mirrors and windows
Sweep and mop floors
Collect trash and forgotten items
Report damages or necessary maintenance

WORKING HOSPITALITY PROGRAM RULES
Hostel Star Brazil – Work Exchange
Welcome! Please read carefully and sign at the end.
⏰ HOURS
4 to 6 hours per day | 5 work days + 2 days off
Shifts: morning (07:00–13:00), afternoon (13:00–19:00) or night (19:00–07:00)
Minimum duration: 14 days
🧹 SHIFT DUTIES
🌅 Morning: breakfast, cleaning of rooms and common areas, laundry, stock, reception support.
☀️ Afternoon: check-in, maintenance cleaning, kitchen organization, linen restock, reservations, basic maintenance.
🌙 Night: night reception, security rounds, organization of common areas, quietness control, cash closing.
Tasks may vary according to hostel needs.
