- Weekly schedules are assigned according to operational needs and may include morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
- Your arrival day is always a day off. You will not be assigned a shift on your check-in day.
- You may be scheduled to work on your last day of the exchange, depending on operational needs and your departure arrangements.

Meals and Breaks
Breakfast and lunch are included as part of your exchange benefits.

If you wish to take a meal break during your assigned shift, the time spent eating must be made up at the end of that same shift.

For example, if your shift is scheduled to finish at 4:00 PM and you take a 20-minute lunch break, your new finishing time will be 4:20 PM.

Meal breaks taken during working hours are not counted toward the 25 weekly exchange hours.
