We expect fluent English skills. We also expect experience in cleaning, as well as some experience with kitchen tasks. Experience in caring for animals (or the courage to learn new skills) is essential.
In winter, the most fun leisure activity is sledding and Ice Fishing. And of course the daily swimming in frozen lake!
Daily working shifts: Every day is different - The daily work schedule depends on whether it is snowing, however 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
If you are a smoker, we have a designated area for that. In accommodation we follow the same silence regulation than in a Hotel.
We make food together - and clean the kitchen together, also in accommodation - volunteers keep it clean together, also the common areas.
