Program Details

Munjoh is a working hospitality business with two very different Andaman settings: Havelock and Port Blair. This is not a holiday stay. We want a practical, kind, tech-savvy person who can build useful systems alongside a small team.

Shared, simple staff accommodation is close to the resort, fan-cooled and not air-conditioned. Three staff meals a day are included. A shorter or longer stay can work if the project is productive, dates fit and you hold the correct visa. Private-room support up to ₹7,000 per month may be discussed case by case. Before applying, please look at https://munjoh.com for a truthful sense of the properties and island context.

Activities & Shift

Audit real daily workflows across both properties; identify bottlenecks; build simple SOPs, checklists, trackers and technology improvements; train staff; and hand over a clear, usable system. 30 hours per week with two days off. You must be hands-on, not just advisory.

Rules

This is an early-start, guest-facing workplace. Be punctual, reliable and ready for agreed shifts. Personal travel, diving, nightlife or social plans must never affect work, early starts or team reliability.

Meals are for the volunteer personally and must be eaten at the resort: no packing, takeaway or sharing. No outside visitors may enter staff accommodation or either Munjoh property without the manager’s explicit written permission in advance.

Treat colleagues, guests and the shared living environment with respect. No smoking or drinking in staff rooms or on property. Do not create personal or commercial content using Munjoh’s access, people or working time without written permission.
