Subject: Partnership Proposal and Call / Cultural Exchange, Volunteering and Purpose-Driven Tourism Program in Quito, Ecuador
To whom it may concern and to all those interested in joining this cultural exchange:
Through this letter, I am pleased to present a valuable opportunity for comprehensive development, cultural exchange, and community service aimed at both the members of your prestigious organization and all proactive individuals, young or old, who independently wish to live a transformative experience abroad.
AE Solutions Ecuador, a consulting firm with a solid and distinguished track record in administrative, financial and accounting areas, has established itself as a key reference in the corporate sector, holding a very strong position in the field of trainings of all kinds, both professional and informal. On this occasion, in strategic alliance with the Casa Villavicencio residence, we wish to open our doors to participants of all ages who seek to generate a positive impact while expanding their global horizons.
Ecuador is a magical country, recognized for its immense cultural wealth, extraordinary landscapes and for being a destination highly accessible and affordable. Our proposal combines social work with experiential tourism, allowing travelers to explore the natural beauty of the country and, at the same time, to learn or improve the native language (Spanish) in a real and welcoming environment. We know that today safety is a latent global concern when planning a trip. Therefore, the fundamental pillar of our program is absolute support: we offer personalized care, continuous guidance and constant accompaniment.
Rules
đźš« 1. Visits and Outsiders
• Do not allow strangers: The house is a private and secure space. It is strictly forbidden to bring or invite friends, acquaintances or people not affiliated with the volunteer program to the house, not even for a few minutes.
⏰ 2. Check-in and Rest Hours
• Curfew (Maximum 11:00 PM): If you go out in your free time in the afternoon or evening, the latest time to return and enter the house is 11:00 PM. This is to respect sleep hours, the elderly’s rest and not disturb the tranquility of the home.
• Departure notice: Always inform what time you plan to leave and notify if any delay on the way occurs.
🧹 3. Order, Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene
• Clean spaces: Keep your room and the common areas you use spotless. If you use a glass, plate or the kitchen, you must wash them and put them away immediately. Order helps prevent accidents for the elderly person.
• Rigorous personal hygiene: It is mandatory to maintain excellent personal hygiene (daily bathing, use of deodorant, clean clothes and short/clean nails). This is crucial for the volunteer’s health and to avoid contagions or transmitting viruses to the elderly person.
đźš 4. No Smoking Policy
• No smoking indoors: It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside any space of the house (including windows or bathrooms). If you smoke, you must do it outside the property (on the street or open patio if authorized) and make sure to dispose of the cigarette butt safely, in an orderly manner."
