Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best experiences I could have had. Naples is magical, and I met amazing travelers and locals during my stay. The hostel is safe, well located, close to shops, supermarkets and the metro, and you can walk almost everywhere. Plus,the bus in front of the hostel can get you straight beach.The staff were always kind and welcoming, and the work schedule was always respected, leaving plenty of free time to enjoy the city. It was my first volunteering experience, and I would absolutely recommend the hostel to anyone wanting to experience the best of Naples!

Sonia, Pascuale, Dalila, Manuele, and honestly the whole team are the sweetest people. They're always willing to help you with anything you need and make you feel at home. My experience was truly amazing! Communication was always clear, and I felt at home from the beginning. Sonia was very attentive, making sure no volunteer felt overwhelmed. Everyone was flexible, the agreed hours were respected, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It's a great place to make friends, and the Wi-Fi works well for remote work and online meetings in the lobby. The hostel is close to the metro, with plenty of free time to explore Naples, the islands, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and Rome. The entire staff is wonderful, thank you for everything! <3333

My stay with the hostel was the best. The team there is wonderful. The work is light and easy. The hostel has a great location; it's not complicated to get anywhere. It is encouraged to be friendly with the guest, and the vibe is amazing. I stayed during the World Cup, and they streamed all the matches. My only comment is that the wifi isn't that good, but the rest outweighs that. Food is great. Showers are amazing. Naples is a wonderful city to visit, and staying with the hostel will only contribute to that. It is hard and sad to leave. Thank you for everything!

Once again, I had an amazing experience. I love the hostel's atmosphere: the staff is always kind, friendly, flexible, and genuinely cares about the volunteers. The work is easy, with short shifts, leaving plenty of time to explore Naples. The hostel also has a beautiful garden, quiet spaces to study or work, and a perfect location right in the heart of the historic center.

All in all it was a nice experience. I would recommend this position, the work is pretty easy and you have a lot of free time. The staff is super nice and friendly, you can always have a laugh together and they always try to help you out, if you have an issue !! 😽 💕

Diana was a excellent volunteer!
She stayed with us for around 1 month and it was a pleasure having her being part of our team!
She is a very responsible and mature person and funny as well. She helped us during the morning shift (closing breakfast and supporting our cleaning service) but also cooked several times for the common dinner we organize every evening.
We hope we've whatched all your favorite movies all together.
