Your main tasks will be:
Cleaning and organization: Support in daily tidying and in the preparation of the apartments for the arrival of new guests (changing linens, light cleaning, and general organization).
Reception: Provide support at arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) of guests only when necessary.
Common areas: Keep the courtyards and hallways organized.
The help will be focused mainly in the morning period (usually from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), which is the peak time for organizing, cleaning, and guests' departures/arrivals. Thus, the volunteer has the afternoon and the evening completely free to enjoy the beach.
We aim to ensure good coexistence among all, so we have some rules:
Silence period: Must be strictly respected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., for both volunteers and guests.
Cleaning of common areas: The volunteer is responsible for keeping the kitchen and the spaces they use clean and organized after use.
Smoking: It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments or enclosed areas of the residence.
Visits and parties: Entry for outsiders or parties at the residence is not allowed without prior authorization.
Healthy environment: We seek volunteers focused on the experience and who do not have vices (such as gambling or substances and video games), ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for all.
Respect and empathy: We look for people with good energy, who know how to get along well in a group and respect the rest of our guests.
