Capture the magic of our oceanside space. We are looking for a photographer/videographer to create Reels and photos of architecture, nature, and guest experiences for Instagram and Google. We work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. You will have time to explore, create, and enjoy the surroundings in a calm and authentic environment.
20 hours of help per week
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

We offer a volunteer space focused on creating authentic audiovisual content for a housing and experiences project in Bocachica (Isla Tierra Bomba, Cartagena). We seek a fair and dynamic exchange: we provide comfortable lodging, access to our facilities, connectivity and the opportunity to live the Caribbean life at your pace, in exchange for your visual talent to strengthen our presence on Instagram and Google Business Profile.
The shift is 4 hours daily, 5 days a week (2 days off per week). The daily work routine is divided into:
Field capture: Tours around the house, common areas, architecture, natural lighting and activities with guests.
Editing and delivery: Selection and retouching of photos, editing short Reels (10-15 seconds) in CapCut or preferred program.
Digital organization: Upload raw material (B-roll) to our shared cloud folder.
Weekly deliverables mandatory:
12 edited photos in high resolution.
4 short Reels ready to publish on Instagram.
Daily upload of supporting clips (B-roll) to the cloud.
Autonomy and equipment: You must have your own equipment (smartphone with an excellent camera or a photographic camera) and editing tools installed.
Usage rights: The content captured during the stay is for non-exclusive commercial use for the project's official digital channels.
Coexistence and respect: Maintain order and cleanliness in shared areas, respect guests' rest and comply with delivery schedules.
Punctuality in deliverables: The 4 daily hours must be reflected in the constant upload of material to the shared folder.
