Die Lodge ist ein Schatz in der WP-Community. Freiwilligenarbeit war äußerst angenehm, weil das Hotel inmitten der Natur liegt; wir schliefen und wachten jeden Tag zu den Geräuschen des Waldes auf. Die Mahlzeiten sind köstlich, und das Personal tut alles, damit du dich willkommen fühlst. In der Tat sind die Menschen der unglaublichste Teil dieser Erfahrung und wurden unsere Familie in Kolumbien. Wir lieben euch alle, das Lodge-Team <3

Everybody was so kind with us, the work was exactly what we had agreed, the food was so good and typical from the region and we could da lot of outdoor activities in our free time. We recommend this volunteering 100% Special thanks to Daniel, Cristian, Esperanza, Mercedes and Reina for accepting us like their family and making this experience so special for us❤️

Our time at the lodge was great. Daniel and the rest of the team were really welcoming, including us in various tours around the area including a horseback ride! The hotel was a lovely place to be for a few weeks and all the staff were friendly. The food was also great!

We had a great two weeks at the lodge helping with website building and social media and digital marketing strategy. The location is remote at the edge of a village, so you really get to enjoy the beautiful nature - we were able to accompany some groups to a viewpoint and waterfall and enjoy a horse ride too. It's a growing hotel so the host Daniel is very busy with operations and volunteers need to be relatively self sufficient after initial briefings. The whole team is very friendly and delicious food is served every day by Esperanza and Mercedes. At least intermediate Spanish required.

Unforgettable experience, I call this place home, for the warmth I felt,for the amazing people I was surrounded with, for the fun I had working with Daniel and Cristian, I highly recommend this experience if you would like to be immersed in the Colombian culture, live in a very calm and Super safe small town, where you get the chance to experience the warmth and the hospitality of Colombian people, surrounded by beautiful nature and landscapes,you will eat super delicious food made by the beautiful Mercedes and Esperanza,I felt I was part of the family, thank you everyone, I love you so much!

This has been an unexpected experience. Dani, the host of this hotel, is an atypical person who has formed a curious family. Everyone is so attentive and understanding; with them, I have felt a sense of warmth. Ironically, it rains here every day, so if you come here, you'll surely understand what I mean. On the other hand, the work is pleasant, and the food is delicious. Moreover, exploring the caves and waterfalls that cross the river is an experience you shouldn't miss. Thanks for everything... Es ist mein zweites Mal in der Unterkunft und ich bin zurückgekehrt, weil es keinen Ort gab, an dem ich mich so zuhause fühle. Vielen Dank, dass ihr mir die Türen geöffnet und mich mit so viel Wärme und Zuneigung empfangen habt. Ich werde euch alle mit mir nehmen, wohin ich auch gehe. Ich werde euch alle vermissen und ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder. Ich empfehle die Erfahrung und diesen Ort sehr für Menschen, die sich mit der Natur verbinden und ein wenig aus der Stadtwelt abschalten möchten; Die Landschaften sind wunderschön. Und das Essen ist köstlich, typischer Santander. Ich empfehle es sehr <3
