Join our hotel/hostel community on Colombia’s Caribbean coast! As a Guest Activities Volunteer, you’ll help create a fun, social atmosphere where travelers from around the world can connect, make friends, and enjoy their stay. From poolside games and social gatherings to themed events and group activities, you’ll help make every guest’s experience memorable while enjoying the beach lifestyle in Palomino.
Help organize and lead daily activities, including pool games, social events, group outings, and themed parties. Encourage guests to participate, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help travelers connect with one another. Coordinate with the hostel team to plan activities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Schedules and activity times will be coordinated with the team according to the hostel’s needs and the weekly program.
We’re looking for someone friendly, outgoing, proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic about meeting people from different cultures.
Volunteers are expected to respect hostel rules, communicate clearly with the team, arrive on time for agreed activities, and treat guests and colleagues with respect. A positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to participate in the hostel’s social life are essential.
Previous experience organizing activities is a plus, but a great attitude and creativity matter most.
