Program Details

Welcome to our corner of paradise in Sardinia! 🌿 For over 8 years I have dedicated myself with love and respect to caring for this land, preserving its authentic essence and biodiversity. Here you will find a lush olive grove, fruit trees, a synergistic vegetable garden, pristine Mediterranean scrub, and a lot of peace. Daily life flows at the pace of nature, in the company of my sweet Maremma sheepdog and a tender kitten.

Our cultural exchange is designed for those who want an authentic experience of reconnecting with the land and with the simple things. We collaborate for about 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, leaving two days free to explore the island’s wonders, relax by the sea, or devote time to your passions. The activities vary greatly depending on the season, the weather, and the priorities of the moment: we alternate between caring for the garden and trees, seasonal harvests, small eco-building tasks, maintenance of green spaces, and the jointly created development of new sustainable projects.

Sharing is at the heart of this experience: we cook meals together, exchange ideas and practical knowledge, and take care of the common spaces. We are looking for enthusiastic people, open to dialogue, respectful of nature, and with a good ability to adapt to rural life. In return, we offer a serene environment, genuine hospitality, and the unique opportunity to experience the most authentic Sardinia just a stone’s throw from the sea.

Activities & Shift

The daily activities require about 5 hours per day, depending on the season and temperatures, for 5 days a week: 🍃

Care of the garden and the land: sowing, planting, removing wild herbs, irrigation, light pruning, and harvesting fruit, vegetables, or olives depending on the period.

Bioconstruction and maintenance: support in small ecological projects, basic repairs with natural materials, work on small walls or fences, and care of outdoor spaces.

Cooking and shared meals: help in preparing daily dishes, highlighting the fresh products harvested together directly from the garden.

Care for common spaces: daily collaboration to keep the kitchen, shared areas, and personal living spaces tidy and orderly.

Rules

Love and respect for nature and animals: here we live with a female dog and a cat; it is essential to take care of their space and treat them with affection and respect.

Spirit of collaboration and autonomy: we look for motivated people, with a positive attitude and able to manage their own time responsibly.

Cleanliness and shared order: caring for common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) is a responsibility for all, as is the conscious use of water and energy.
