IMPORTANT:
For this project, practical experience with plastering is essential. We are looking for someone who has done this kind of work before and can work independently, with materials and the overall plan discussed together.
🌿 We will plan the project together and make sure the work is organized sensibly, taking into account the weather and the nature of the tasks.
We ask for a maximum of 25 hours of help per week. ⏰
We are flexible about how these hours are arranged and will agree on a schedule together, depending on what makes the most sense for the work. 🤝
For example, we could arrange three full working days of 8 hours each, followed by four days off. 🌴 Alternatively, we can spread the hours across more days with shorter working periods.
