They were very supportive & caring throughout, which I really appreciated. They gave me plenty of creative freedom with the content I made, while also sharing any ideas or things they wanted included and showed their gratitude of the work I did. Alex is always willing to help and makes sure you feel confortable. He is open to listening and always tries to make your experience even better. I had never worked as a waitress before, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The working hours are respected, and the tips are shared among the waiters, so it is possible to make some extra money as well. I'm truly grateful for this experience, and I hope to come back again soon.

This was an incredible experience! The place is family-run and you truly feel like part of the family. The work hours were great, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the beach daily. I met so many amazing travelers and got to hang out with the other volunteers! The food was out of this world—the chefs are seriously talented. Highly recommend, absolutely loved the experience and ended up extending my stay for an extra month!

Himarë is a beautiful place and the local people are very warm. The accommodations were great and the food was delicious — you could feel the love in every meal. Loved my time in Albania! Working at the host is becoming a part of the host family. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The facilities are very comfortable and the work is chill and fun. I got to know a lot of new people. Himare is a beautiful and calm village near the sea, its the perfect place to live by the beach :)
