Program Details

You’ll work with choir members one-on-one or in small groups, depending on their needs and availability.

The goal of this program is to help members improve their vocal skills and, when appropriate, develop their English pronunciation and language skills through singing.

We provide a simple hotel room, paid by the choir fund, during your stay with us.

Activities & Shift

Small-group sessions usually take place in the evenings, while individual sessions offer more flexibility in scheduling.

You’ll work up to 18 hours per week and have at least one day off. If you prefer, you can spread your working hours across the week for a more flexible schedule.

You’re also welcome to join our weekly choir rehearsals and sing with us at Mass, though participation is entirely optional.

Beyond volunteering, you’ll have opportunities to hang out with choir members in your free time, make new friends, and immerse yourself in local life and culture.

Rules

Sessions can be either at private residence or at church. Please be punctual, professional, and dress appropriately when attending church. We understand that you may be traveling with limited clothing options, so we don’t expect anything fancy. However, we do ask that you wear long pants or a long skirt and a top with sleeves.
