During the volunteer period, you will have the opportunity to mingle with travelers from different parts of the world, get to know Bahian culture and explore Salvador's charms, while you create authentic content about travel, tourism and hospitality.
We are looking for someone with initiative, creativity and organization, who enjoys telling stories through images, capturing special moments and conveying the energy of our hostel and Praia da Barra.

## Activities and responsibilities
The main responsibility will be the **creation and production of content for Hostel Barra's social media**, with the goal of valuing the space's identity, highlighting its experiences and promoting the region's attractions.
The activities include:
- **Photography:** capture the hostel's interior and exterior environments, highlighting its structure, décor and common areas.
- **Video production:** create short, creative videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- **Routine recording:** capture day-to-day moments of the hostel, its atmosphere and guests' experiences, always respecting privacy and requesting authorization when necessary.
- **Tourist content:** produce photos and videos about Praia da Barra, Farol da Barra and other regional tourist attractions, valuing the experience of those who visit Salvador.
- **Content editing:** edit videos using CapCut or similar apps, seeking creative results appropriate for each platform.
- **File organization:** store and organize all produced material in folders on Google Drive, making it easy for the team to access and use the content.

- **Organization of spaces:** keep environments organized during and after photography and filming sessions, respecting the living areas.
- **Guests' privacy:** request authorization before photographing or filming guests, always respecting privacy and each person's wishes.
- **Content use:** do not publish materials produced during volunteering on personal profiles or other platforms without prior authorization from Hostel Barra.
- **Use of produced material:** the content created during the volunteering period may be used by Hostel Barra on its social networks and promotional materials, as per the conditions agreed beforehand.
