Activities & Shift
We are a rural activation project that blends wellbeing, community and social impact.
Every year, people from different corners of the world arrive as strangers and leave as part of something larger: a community woven between mountains, old traditions, shared meals, and deep conversations. The village, in turn, grows richer with every encounter.
To guide and hold this experience, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just want to manage a coliving, but who wants to be part of a pioneer story about social regeneration, bridging community and returning to what’s essential.
Some of the activities:
- Full operations of the coliving (coordinating houses, maintenance, cleaning, supplies, set up).
- Manage, onboard and support Community Manager volunteers.
- Daily guest experience: onboarding, presence, event planing & facilitation, conflict mediation, and maintaining a healthy group climate.
- Harvest active relationships with the village and local institutions. Act as a “bridge-builder” between guests and locals to foster authentic connection.
- Document and improve processes, ensuring continuity across seasons.
- During the off-season, remotely working on processes, finding new suppliers or updating actual, working on the marketing strategy, responding to new bookings, etc.
Rules
- High degree of autonomy. Comfortable taking ownership of daily operations.
- High level of Spanish & English as many colivers don't speak Spanish and almost no one in the pueblo speaks English.
- Comfortable with complexity, conflict resolution and life in a rural context.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with the Community Manager and the founder in a transparent and trust-based relationship.
