We are looking for a creative volunteer to capture and share the magic of Ethno Argentina with the Mambo team!
If you are passionate about music, cultural exchange, audiovisual content creation, and you have social media management skills, this role is perfect for you. You will be the voice and the eye of the project in the digital environment.
3 hours of help per day
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
3 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Ethno Argentina is an international music gathering where artists from different parts of the world come together to share their culture and traditions. As a content volunteer at Mambo, you will experience this musical residency from the inside, capturing the energy of rehearsals, workshops, and social gatherings to share it with the world through our social networks.
Audio-visual coverage of rehearsals, workshops, and daily activities.
Creation and editing of short videos (Reels/TikToks) and photographs.
Daily publication of content and management of stories on social media.
Shifts of approximately 3 hours daily, with agreed days off to rest and enjoy.
Commitment to delivering daily content during the residency.
Care and responsibility for your own audiovisual equipment and for the space's equipment.
Respect and good collaboration with the group of musicians and the organizing team.
Proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude in shared activities.
