My stay at the inn was very enjoyable. My partner and I were given a comfortable, well equipped room to stay in and delicious food for breakfast and lunch. Our work was straightforward and agreeable, and the hosts provided everything we needed to complete our tasks. I enjoyed playing some live music, bartending for the first time, and helping to serve customers in the restaurant. This was the best experience I've had as a volunteer in seven months of traveling! All the staff at the inn welcomed me in a very affectionate way, always asking if I needed anything.
The volunteering program is great, the meals are delicious, the inn is beautiful, and it's located right in front of a super calm beach. Honestly, I can't imagine how it could be better; thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything ❤️

Undoubtedly one of the best volunteering experiences at inns I’ve ever had; the hours are respected and the work is easygoing. I managed to learn many new drinks, help in the kitchen, take some photos and meet many people. Kátia, Paulinho, Dudu and Nilza welcomed us very well, I felt very well received and I definitely want to come back. Most of the staff as well, and we formed a very good friendship ❤️

My volunteering experience here was amazing. The property is wonderful, very well cared for and with great facilities, and I even had the opportunity to use the gym. The people made me feel very welcome since the first day. A special thanks to Ana Paula, Rodrigo, and Jonathan, who made my days even lighter and more enjoyable. I also learned a lot, including how to prepare wonderful drinks. I am very grateful for this experience and for all the special people I met here. ✨

I found my volunteer experience at the inn wonderful; the inn's facilities are wonderful, everything very clean and organized. The room I stayed in was great, all meals were very good and well served. I was very well received and welcomed by everyone at the inn, with special mention to Rodrigo, Ana, Eduardo, Santinha, and Rosiane. The tasks were quite easy; I developed new skills as a waiter, which I really liked. Very grateful to Katia for the opportunity!

Voluntariar na pousada foi muito além de minhas expectativas. Fui muito bem recebido pela Katia e seu esposo Paulo. Tive a grata sorte de estar alguns dias com a Tati que é um ser humano incrível e foi possível ter longas conversas sobre a vida e propósitos. O pessoal com quem tive mais contato foi os funcionários Bruno, Zene, Susie, Francine, Luzia e Adriana... foram todos muito incríveis comigo. Sem palavras pra agradecer tamanho acolhimento. Só tenho gratidão...

Minha experiência não foi tão boa quanto esperava. Creio que devido a ausência da Katia, responsável pelos voluntários, as tarefas e regras da pousada ficaram mal comunicadas. Não me senti bem acolhido, apesar do luxo que o lugar proporciona. Logo quando chegamos, nos disseram que deveríamos usar calça ou bermuda preta, pois é o uniforme dos FUNCIONÁRIOS (detalhe, somos voluntários e não nos avisaram sobre isso na aplicação). Tirando isso, foi tudo tranquilo ambas as partes cumpriram com o combinado das tarefas propostas. Barra Grande é um lugar lindo, recomendo visitar!
