We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and open-minded international volunteers who would love to experience island life while becoming part of our growing hospitality project.
We are currently working on improving our property, completing renovation projects & making our accommodation even more welcoming for guests from around the world.

28 hours of help per week
Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Your daily activities may include:
🏨 Reception & Guest Services
* Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out.
* Helping guests with basic enquiries and information about Langkawi.
* Communicating with international travellers.
* Supporting our team with daily reception tasks.
🧹 Housekeeping & Cleaning
* Helping prepare rooms for incoming guests.
* Making beds and changing bed linen and towels.
* Cleaning and organising guest rooms and common areas.
* Keeping the property clean, tidy and welcoming.
🎨 Decoration & Property Improvement
* Helping decorate and style guest rooms and common areas.
* Arranging furniture and decorative items.
* Adding creative touches to improve the property’s atmosphere.
* Sharing ideas to make our resort more attractive and comfortable.
🤝 Teamwork & Cultural Exchange
* Working alongside our local team.
* Sharing ideas and learning about Malaysian hospitality.

2. Working Responsibilities
* Arrive on time and follow the agreed volunteer schedule.
* Complete assigned tasks responsibly and carefully.
* Inform the manager in advance if you are unable to attend your shift.
* Ask for guidance whenever you are unsure about a task.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
* Keep your accommodation and shared spaces clean and tidy.
* Clean up after yourself in common areas.
* Use hotel equipment and facilities responsibly.
* Follow housekeeping and hygiene standards.
4. Guest Privacy
* Respect the privacy of all hotel guests.
* Never enter occupied guest rooms without authorisation.
* Do not share guest information, photographs or personal details.
* Maintain professional behaviour when interacting with guests.
5. Accommodation & Facilities
* Take good care of the accommodation and its facilities.
* Switch off lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances when not in use.

* No smoking inside rooms or indoor common areas.
