Our housekeeping team consists of two people, including our main housekeeper. As a volunteer, you'll support our main housekeeper with daily cleaning tasks, preparing rooms for new guests, changing bed linens and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable.
We have 11 rooms and welcome up to 60 guests, so teamwork, responsibility and a positive attitude are important.
Outside your working hours, you'll have plenty of opportunities to meet travellers from around the world, join our social activities, enjoy our Game Nights and explore the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Housekeeping shifts usually start at 11:00 AM and finish around 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on the daily workload and guest check-outs. Volunteers are expected to help 6 days a week, with 1 day off per week. We maintain a friendly and flexible working environment and coordinate tasks with our main housekeeper to make sure everything runs smoothly.
