We are looking for a creative, sociable, and proactive person to join our Marketing team!
We are a chain of hostels where there is always something going on: parties, workshops, activities, meetups among travelers, and many spontaneous moments worth capturing.
Your mission will be to visit our hostels, capture everything that happens, create content for our social media channels, and help promote and organize the events.
20 hours of help per week
Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.
2 days off per week

What will you do?
Record life in our hostels: capture on video and in photographs parties, events, workshops, activities and spontaneous moments.
Promote events and activities: help to give visibility to the parties, meetups and experiences we organize, encouraging guests to participate.
Create and edit content: transform the recorded material into short videos, Reels, TikToks and photographs for our social networks.
Propose creative ideas: contribute ideas to show the travel experience, meeting people and living hostel life in an authentic and fun way.
How do we work?
We are a chain of hostels, so you won't be working always in a single location. You will have an assigned area in the south of Tenerife and you will need to travel on your own between the different hostels in that area, depending on events, activities, and content needs.
Therefore, it's important that you are an autonomous, organized person with initiative, capable of planning your travels and taking advantage of content opportunities that arise in each place.
Our hostels have clear rules of coexistence for both guests and staff regarding noise and rest hours (23-08hs), behavior and drug use.
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
