We are looking for an energetic, social-savvy Volunteer Video Content Creator to capture the daily vibe of our hostel and F&B space. You will be living on-site, mingling with international travelers, and turning our property, events, food, and drinks into scroll-stopping short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and XiaoHongShu (RedNote).

Guest Engagement: Actively encourage guests and staff to participate in fun, natural on-camera moments without disrupting their dining or stay experience.
Mandatory Equipment: You must bring and shoot with your own gear. Minimum requirement is at least an iPhone 17 (or Pro/Pro Max equivalent), DJI equipment (such as a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, Action series, or mobile gimbal), or a DSLR/Mirrorless camera capable of shooting stable 4K at 60fps.
Editing Proficiency: Fast, clean editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (strong grasp of pacing, color grading, and beat-matching).
Lighting & Audio Awareness: Ability to shoot in mixed lighting (sunny outdoor areas, cozy hostel dorms, and dim evening bar/restaurant settings). Having portable clip-on mics (e.g., DJI Mic) or a portable LED light is a strong plus.
Social Media Fluency: Deep understanding of current travel and food content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and RedNote.
